RECENTLY QUALIFIED DESIGN ARCHITECTS TO WORK FOR A CARDIFF BASED PRESTIGIOUS PRACTICE ON A VARIETY OF EXCITING PROJECTS.....

THE COMPANY

First established in 1966, the Practice became a limited company in October 2000 and is headed by 13 directors. The practice works across project sectors and currently has around 200 live projects at various stages. Examples of these are office developments for the Welsh Assembly, NHS projects, Mixed-use residential projects and laboratory projects to name a few.

Now in its fifth decade, the Practice has developed, within its organisation, such disciplines as Urban Design and Interior Design to complement its already established and recognised architectural skills. In addition, their Planning Supervisory Department has enabled them to advise on the Health and Safety Audit of building design and construction.

The Practice operates on a Team basis, offering a network of support to projects with a group of specialist architects and technologists. Each commission is managed, with day-to-day involvement, by a Director with the commitment of the design skills and delivery expertise appropriate to the project.

The Team Structure is flexible and able to react to the demands of the varied and broad spectrum of commissions, in both scale and complexity.
